By accessing or using getrevenueatlas.com, app.getrevenueatlas.com and related services (collectively, “Revenue Atlas”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Revenue Atlas (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a tool that lets you submit a Stripe API key together with a date range, processes your transactions and delivers a one-time revenue report broken down by country and currency. The services offered by Revenue Atlas are subject to these Terms.
3. User Conduct and Business Use
Revenue Atlas requires you to provide a Stripe API key, which Stripe issues only to businesses processing payments. By using the service, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and not as a consumer.
As a user of Revenue Atlas, you agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including the API keys you connect to Revenue Atlas. You agree to provide only API keys you are authorized to use and to use read-only keys whenever possible.
4. Modifications to Service
Revenue Atlas reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part of it) with or without notice at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the service (excluding content and data provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Revenue Atlas and its licensors.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments for one-time reports purchased from Revenue Atlas are non-refundable. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the service and agree that no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including, without limitation, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of third-party API keys.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Reports generated by Revenue Atlas are based solely on data returned by your connected payment processor. We do not verify, audit or guarantee the accuracy of that data. You are solely responsible for any business or financial decisions made on the basis of a report.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revenue Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
